The Tennessee Titans have announced the dismissal of their general manager, Ran Carthon, after just one season. Chad Brinker, the team's president of football operations, will spearhead the search for a new general manager as the Titans aim to redefine their organizational strategy. The Titans' subpar performance last season necessitated a reevaluation of their management and strategic approach.
