Shedeur Sanders, the acclaimed University of Colorado quarterback, has made headlines by choosing not to participate in workout sessions at the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis this week. Despite his absence from the workouts, Sanders plans to meet with various teams in the city, as he remains a top contender for April’s NFL draft. Recognized as one of the top two quarterbacks available, his decision echoes the choices of other prominent quarterbacks like Jayden Daniels and Drake Maye.
Sanders has garnered significant attention for his remarkable performance with the Buffaloes. He led the nation with a 74% completion rate in 2024, a testament to his precision and skill. Furthermore, he dominated the Big 12 in several categories, including passing yards, touchdowns, passing yards per game (318.0), completions, and attempts.
