In the span of those years, he’s notched nine picks and defended 70 passes. His best season was in 2019 when he earned his only Pro Bowl nod.
Griffin’s addition is a godsend for the Seahawks considering how much they need to improve their cornerback depth. He’ll be an important presence for such a young and raw group as the Hawks hope to build around promising talents like Devon Witherspoon and Riq Woolen. Griffin will likely enter a battle with Josh Jobe to be the No. 3 cornerback.
