Jokic notched a remarkable triple-double, amassing 31 points, 21 rebounds, and a career-high 22 assists. This feat made him the first player in NBA history to record at least 30 points, 20 rebounds, and 20 assists in a single game.
The Nuggets' victory did not come easily, as they squandered a 21-point lead before eventually prevailing in overtime. Despite the roller-coaster game, Jokic's performance stood out, setting a new NBA record for assists by a center. His outstanding play was instrumental in the Nuggets' success and marked his 29th triple-double of the season, tying his own team record.

Jokic's contributions did not stop at breaking records; his efforts also extended his career total to 149 triple-doubles. Phoenix Suns' Kevin Durant contributed significantly with 29 points, while Devin Booker scored an impressive 34 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter. However, Booker was unable to score in overtime, which proved costly for the Suns. Meanwhile, Aaron Gordon provided strong support for the Nuggets by making a career-high seven three-pointers and scoring 27 points. Mason Plumlee added to Denver's effort with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
