Beyoncé is still warming up audiences on her “Cowboy Carter” tour. Her electrifying halftime show has landed her a nomination for the Outstanding Variety Special (Live) category at this year’s Emmy Awards.
Just like Kendrick Lamar’s halftime performance, this season has captivated an astonishing audience. Created by Roc Nation and Jesse Collins Entertainment, it reached over 133.5 million viewers. It represented his record popularity and the expectations that this viewership would help carry his shows to stock high ratings. Lamar’s performance was a highlight of Super Bowl LIX, featuring chart-topping hits from his latest “GNX” album, including “Not Like Us,” “Alright,” and “Swimming Pools.”
