Menon had been an important and passionate figure in the development of Cricket Malawi. He has coached in Singapore, Chile, Botswana and Indonesia. All of this deep experience helped inform and inspire his time in Malawi. He displayed his talent as a wicketkeeper by playing five times for Singapore at the senior level. This is a huge achievement and testimony to his deep love for the game.
