Wide receiver Josh Reynolds, a 30-year-old veteran, signed with the New York Jets, so his guarantees became $2.75 million flavoring. Reynolds’ career started after being selected as a fourth-round draft pick by the Los Angeles Rams in 2017. Through all he endured, Simmons continued to overcome adversities, making it to the NFL and contributing to five different teams along the way. Most recently, he completed the 2023 season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he was a starter and finished fourth on the team in receptions.
In 2024, Reynolds signed with the Denver Broncos on a two-year, $9 million contract. Vic Fangio and company’s time with the Broncos was brief as he was released and quickly claimed by the Jaguars. Through all these changes, Reynolds has provided steady play both on the field and in the locker room.
Yet off the field, Reynolds underwent a different kind of horror. He was shot in the left arm, puncturing his lungs and shattering his humor bone. The assailant further struck him at a strip club in Glendale, Colorado. Reports suggest that he had been pursued by several cars prior to the incident. Even after being hit with such a weighty blow, each punch, Reynolds’ mind has been eternally set on the fighter, the professional and resurgence.
