Ireland’s women’s cricket team won a close bout against Thailand by 46 runs in a high-scoring qualifier match in Lahore. Too little, too late for Ireland’s victory. Earlier losses to Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh have already ruined their chances of making it to the World Cup in September.
