The pressure is on and beginning to build as Hampshire looks to bounce back from their first two losses.
Ollie Price made headlines himself last month by scoring a remarkable 181 not out. And Price is just a few away from a remarkable double century. His superb performance will be key if his team are to get the win they need against Lancashire. His insatiable hunger and inspiring ability to rise to the occasion makes him one to watch and brings an exhilarating element to the matchup.
In a more positive example, Derbyshire has gone much further. They quickly removed glamour’s last two wickets during glamour’s second innings stretch glamour to embarrassment 14-2. This early concession would be key, because as Derbyshire looked to build on their momentum and extend their lead, Somerset sensed a way back into the contest.
