Cooper Flagg Announces Entry into NBA Draft After Stellar Season at Duke

Cooper Flagg, the best player in high school basketball and consensus future No. After a remarkable single season at Duke University, Flagg emerged not only as a key player for the Blue Devils but as a top prospect for the upcoming draft. Over four years with the Blue Devils, Flagg scored 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and handed out 4.2 assists per game. He was the heartbeat that helped guide the Blue Devils to a dazzling 35-4 record. With Flagg’s remarkable play this season, he was named the consensus National Player of the Year, highlighted by his Wooden Award. This accomplishment has made him only the fourth freshman in history to receive this distinguished honor. His performance in January was truly head-turning. He averaged an incredible 25.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists, cementing his place among the best young talents.
