Akash Kumar Choudhary Sets New Record with Eight Consecutive Sixes

Akash Kumar Choudhary, a talented cricketer from India, has etched his name into cricket history by hitting eight consecutive sixes during a domestic match. Fifth day of the new Ranji Trophy Plate Group match, and an incredible game was taking place. It unfortunately occurred between Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh in Surat.

Choudhary’s innings was the highest by anyone in WT20 history. He scored what would be the fastest fifty in any first-class match, his half-century coming off just 11 balls. In addition to his offensive capabilities, Choudhary served as a major contributor with the ball. He picked up 1-10 as Arunachal Pradesh fought hard to achieve a modest total. In the end, they were ejected for a paltry 73 runs. He took 2 more wickets later in the day to finish with 2-7 as Arunachal Pradesh closed the day on 29-3.
