The 32-year-old cricketer brings along a great deal of versatility. Between 2017 and 2023, he competed in 28 ODI and T20I matches for Australia. Turner should go on to prove a big asset for the team with his rich experience in T20 cricket to add.
Turner’s career has taken him all over to three different countries and various franchises highlighting his adaptability and talent over the 17 years as a professional. He is the first player to have scored more than 3,800 runs in T20 leagues across the world. His remarkable career includes tours to Pakistan, India, and South Africa. Last year he was playing for Lancashire in the 20-over competition, and he’s previously played for Durham in T20. He’s captained the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League, further underscoring his leadership potential.
