Vandalism Strikes Eagles Offensive Coordinator Kevin Patullo Following Team’s Loss

Kevin Patullo, the passing-game coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles, was recently tagged with a nasty bit of vandalism. His house in New Jersey was recently egged by someone. As for the Eagles, it was their second straight defeat, falling to 8-4 on the season. Now, they’re looking to build upon their success in an upcoming match against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Moorestown Police Department does not normally confirm reported incidents of vandalism, but this particular incident has received national attention. Photos attached to some social media posts incorrectly suggested that stones were pitched at Patullo’s home. The police stressed that was just eggs thrown during the incident. The criminal investigation is still active as police and federal authorities continue to try to identify the perpetrators of the vandalism.

At 44 years of age, Kevin Patullo is the talk of the town. The Eagles’ offensive struggles this season have put him under the microscope. He was promoted to offensive coordinator earlier this offseason. Now, he’s got playcalling responsibilities all for himself after Kellen Moore left to join the New Orleans Saints’ coaching staff. When Nick Sirianni took over as the Eagles’ head coach in 2021, Patullo joined his staff as one of Sirianni’s first hires. Even when Patullo is publicly critiqued, Sirianni unequivocally reiterates his faith in Patullo.

The mounting losses added pressure on Patullo as fans and analysts both closely examined the recent history of the team. The Eagles will look to rebound in their next game against the Chargers, hoping for an improved showing on offense.
