Doncic Delivers Spectacular Dunk in Lakers’ Victory Over Hornets

Luka Doncic showcased his explosive athleticism with a remarkable dunk during the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Charlotte Hornets on October 24. During the third quarter of last Tuesday’s game, Doncic got the inbounds pass in the backcourt. He sliced through the Hornets defense and then threw down a vicious two-handed dunk over Hornets forward Moussa Diabate.

After finishing with the nifty reverse dunk, Doncic released the rim. He followed that up with an amazing victory shout, just enjoying the glory and the victory of that moment. The finish was an impressive highlight for Doncic, but it doubled as just his third dunk over the last two seasons. This season, he threw down two memorable dunks while donning a Lakers uniform. His 22-point, 10-rebound, 7-assist all-around performance led the Lakers to a surprise 121-111 win.

So far this season, Doncic has been an absolute juggernaut. He’s been the star of the most recent Lakers’ title run, averaging an impressive 37.1 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 9.1 assists per game. His ability to dominate games on so many levels has made him such an invaluable resource to Ball State.
