Telesco inherited a 2013 Chargers team that drafted Allen with the 76th overall pick out of the University of California. Since then, he has continued to prove his worth as one of the best receivers in franchise history. In the process, he became the franchise leader in receptions. As a personal note, earlier this season, he made history as the first receiver to gain 10,000+ receiving yards for the team.
