Early Friday morning Miami police arrested Toni Ryan Crow, the 37-year-old outside linebackers coach for the Miami Dolphins. He is currently charged with domestic battery. The incident created such a firestorm within the organization that it called for immediate action from the Dolphins’ front office.

After his most recent arrest, the Dolphins decided to put him on administrative leave, effective immediately. The Orlando United team has to their credit shown awareness of this, pledging anxiously to collect more information about the incident.
Crow is reportedly in custody in Broward County and is currently being held without bond. Even more puzzling, the supposed victim in the case never provided an official testimony to police. They said that they were not hurt. Now two witnesses have stepped forward, claiming that it was Crow who was the aggressor in the encounter. Testimony provided by one eyewitness explained that the victim simply looked scared.
This escalation would soon occur once witnesses were able to see the extent of Crow’s actions causing him to stop and return to his apartment. Throughout this process, the Dolphins have made clear their commitment to addressing this important issue with sensitivity and depth.
