Stoke City Maintains Winning Momentum with Victory Over Southampton

The match took a turn when Mubama received a red card in the 59th minute, leaving Stoke with ten men. Even after going a player down, Robins’ side proved dogged as they fended off Southampton’s pressure to hold onto and defend their lead.

Will Still commented on his team’s performance, stating, “I think we still need a couple of things. A number 10 has been something from the start and we need a bit more creativity from the outside.” However, inevitable challenges await, as Southampton seek to reinforce their attacking options.
