Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the 26-year-old star guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder was, until recently, living as high on life as any player in the game. This phenomenal production cemented his reputation as one of the league’s best players.
The Thunder, led as usual by Gilgeous-Alexander’s guard revolution, finished with a league-best 68-14 record this season. They not only dominated their rivals but outscored opponents by an average of 12.9 points, marking the highest average in NBA history.
