The Indianapolis Colts’ honors the team’s president of basketball operations, Kevin Pritchard, elaborated on the Turner situation in a frank statement over the weekend. He offered hope for Haliburton’s prosperity and urged the community to make health a priority as it recovers.
“The surgery went well. It was a little higher and he gets more blood to that [as he recovers]. He will not play next year though. We would not jeopardize that now. So don’t get any hopes up that he will play.” – Kevin Pritchard
As the Pacers prepare for the upcoming season without one of their key players, they will need to strategize effectively to fill the void left by Haliburton’s absence. The organization remains hopeful that he will recover fully and return to his previous form for future seasons.
