Heat execs and Josh Beauregard-Bell of Wasserman were locked in talks for Mitchell’s extension. Both parties came together to play it straight in an attempt to find common ground and reach an agreement. Mitchell’s on-court performance undoubtedly earned him this deal. It emphasizes his potential and upside for more growth as he continues to develop and mature in the league.
