NFL Training Camp Dates Announced for 2023 Season

As the NFL gets ready for the 2023 season, clubs are putting the finishing touches on operations for training camp. Players will be reporting to the team’s home facilities around the country, with rookie and veteran report dates differing. The camps will be an incredibly important time for players to train, bond, and get ready for the challenges that lie ahead.

The Minnesota Vikings will begin their training camp in the new Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center in Eagan, Minnesota. Rookies are scheduled to report on July 20, veterans on July 22. This staggered approach gives the coaching staff more bandwidth to focus on getting newcomers acclimated to their new home.

In Nashville, the Tennessee Titans will welcome both rookies and veterans to the Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park on July 22. The Cincinnati Bengals prepare for their first day of camp at the Kettering Health Practice Fields in Cincinnati. Rookies will report on July 19, with the full roster, including veterans, slated to report on July 22.

Key Dates Across Teams

All players will report to River Ridge Playing Fields in Oxnard, California for camp on July 21. The New York Jets will have split reporting dates. They will face off at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, New Jersey. Rookies are scheduled to report on July 19, with veterans expected to report three days later on July 22.

The Baltimore Ravens are one of the teams that will get a jump on training, starting July 24 at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, Md. Rookies should be reporting on July 15, with the rest of the veterans moving in on July 22. Making sure their players report on July 22 to the NovaCare Complex, home of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Southern Teams Gear Up for Camp

On the West Coast, the Los Angeles Chargers will begin their training camp at The Bolt in El Segundo, California. Rookies report on July 12, and veterans will report five days later on July 16. The National Anthem provided by the New England Patriots as they prepare the field at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Rookies report on July 19, veterans on July 22.

On the other end of their state, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have their training camp at the AdventHealth Training Center. Rookies are scheduled to report July 21, veterans the 22nd. The Miami Dolphins’ camp will begin on the 25th, at their Baptist Health Training Complex. They’ll open up with rookies on July 15 and veterans on July 22.

Notable Arrivals in the NFC North

The Detroit Lions will start their camp at the Detroit Lions Training Facility, located in Allen Park, Michigan. Rookies will be required to report on July 16 and veterans three days later on July 19. Rookies report to Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packers on July 18, veterans on July 22.

Rookies are slated to report by July 15, with veterans joining them a week later on July 22. Specifically, the Las Vegas Raiders, who’ll be the first of 32 teams to get things started with camp on July 25, at the Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson, Nevada. Rookies report on July 17 with veterans reporting on July 22.
