However, the club’s ownership have ultimately decided that Wilder’s lack of success on the pitch has fallen short of their standards.
In December, COH Sports completed the purchase of Sheffield United and have been evaluating the coaching staff ever since. They watched Wilder’s time in office and made a determination.
