Carson Young Takes Commanding Lead at Myrtle Beach Classic

Carson Young, a 30-year-old professional golfer from Anderson, South Carolina, showcased an impressive performance at the Myrtle Beach Classic on Saturday. Young managed an incredible 7-under 64 shot Thursday despite the rain. This stellar play leaped him to a three-shot third-round lead at Dunes Golf and Beach Club. He has built a commanding 13-under 200 total score. His excellent performance places him in an excellent position as he makes his way towards the final round.

Young’s best highlight came on the 15th hole, a par-5. He played a masterful 30-yard flop-shot that settled just right for an eagle. This shot not only highlighted his skill but demonstrated his confidence and control on the course amid challenging weather conditions.
