Houston Rockets rookie guard Amen Thompson made his mark during Game 5 of the Summer League playoffs. His 350-yard, three-TD performance carried his squad to a commanding win over their rivals. He added 25 points, 5 steals and 3 blocks — helping prove that he’s on his way to becoming one of the league’s biggest stars.
From the opening whistle, Thompson didn’t need any time to adjust, as he made an immediate impact. He logged his first steal off Brandin Podziemski just 7:44 into the first quarter.
