Chelsea's transfer activity is heating up as Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, and Joao Felix make moves across Europe. Carney Chukwuemeka has been loaned to Borussia Dortmund for the remainder of the season. The deal includes an option for the German club to purchase the midfielder permanently at the end of the loan. Chukwuemeka, who has played 37 Premier League games and scored one goal for Chelsea, expressed his enthusiasm about joining Dortmund.

"I'm really excited and blessed to be here and represent this big club." – Carney Chukwuemeka

Chukwuemeka is eager to make an impact on the field and is particularly looking forward to playing in front of the fans at Signal Iduna Park. His move to Dortmund is seen as a strategic decision to gain more playing time and experience in a competitive environment.

Meanwhile, Ben Chilwell has been loaned to Crystal Palace until the summer. Chilwell, who has made only one appearance for Chelsea in all competitions this season, expressed his excitement about joining a club he believes is moving in a positive direction.

"I'm very excited to be here. Crystal Palace is a club that's going in a great direction. You look at the last few months, with the results and how the team's playing, and it was a no-brainer to make the decision to come here." – Ben Chilwell

Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish welcomed Chilwell’s addition to the team, highlighting his experience and potential impact.

"Ben has experience at the highest level of European and international football. I'm delighted that he has joined us on loan, and we believe he will prove to be a great addition to the squad." – Steve Parish

In another significant move, AC Milan is on the verge of signing Joao Felix on loan until the end of the season. The deal includes an obligation for Milan to buy the Portugal international this summer. Felix has scored seven goals in 20 games since rejoining Chelsea from Atletico Madrid in a £45 million seven-year deal last August. The Italian club is set to pay Chelsea a £5 million fee for Felix's loan and will cover his wages during his time in Italy.
