LIV Golf Swings Big with New Fox Sports Broadcast Deal

LIV Golf has announced a significant multi-year broadcast agreement with Fox Sports, set to enhance its presence in the U.S. sports market. This new partnership will see each of LIV Golf's three tournament rounds broadcast live across Fox Sports' network channels and streaming app, positioning the Saudi Arabian-financed tour for greater visibility. More than half of the 14 tournaments scheduled for LIV Golf will air live on either Fox or FS1, while select rounds will find their way onto FS2, the Fox Business Network, or the Fox Sports App.

The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, leaving questions about whether Fox Sports will pay a rights fee to LIV Golf. However, this partnership marks a pivotal moment in LIV Golf's journey, indicating its expansion and ambition to align with the nation's leading sports leagues and conferences. The appointment of Scott O'Neil as the new CEO further underscores this growth trajectory. O'Neil, a former top executive at Merlin Entertainments, officially stepped into his role on Wednesday and expressed enthusiasm over the new collaboration.

Every round promises to be accessible through the Fox Sports App and LIV Golf+, ensuring fans do not miss out on any action.
